WINOA will respond to you with realistic accuracy. It understands exactly what you are saying and will generate a response based on your input totally 100%. It definitely doesn't just randomly pick from a txt file with ~75 pre-determined phrases. And you DEFINITELY can't go into the Sayings.txt file and add or remove any phrases you want.
